RETURNS & REFUNDS

At OAK., every piece is crafted with intention. We encourage mindful purchases, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.


Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly marked on the product page.


Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

As per Indian consumer protection rules, sellers must accept returns/refunds for defective or misrepresented products. (IndiaLaw LLP)


Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at oak.fitactive@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.


Reverse Pickup
We offer reverse pickup in select locations. If unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product back.


Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
